Located just outside of Anneslie is the annual Towsontown Festival. It is in its 53rd year and takes place in April and May to celebrate the arrival of spring. Here people come together to enjoy live performances, go on carnival rides and play games, grab a bite to eat at one of the 300 food vendors, visit the family fun area, plus so much more. Each year its fun activities attract over 200,000 visitors!
One of residents' favorite community events thrown by the neighborhood's community association is the Anneslie Community Yard Sale. This event is one where people can sell things they don’t use anymore and can browse what other people are selling too. It’s a nice way to socialize with neighbors while practicing sustainable shopping too! The Anneslie Community Association hosts plenty of other events throughout the year as well that residents love to take part in.
